Nayeem: From Hardships to Leadership

Nayeem: From Hardships to Leadership

Born into a family facing financial and physical hardships, Nayeem had to leave school due to monetary constraints. Despite these struggles, he pursued his education through the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) and later joined the Teach India program to improve his English and communication skills. His perseverance led him to secure his first job through a job fair, and today, he is a Regional Head at In Leather, a reputed retail brand.
Ritika: A Lawyer with a Mission

Ritika: A Lawyer with a Mission

Growing up in Jawla Nagar, Ritika faced numerous financial and social challenges. The Think! Jobs program helped her build confidence and communication skills, empowering her to dream bigger. She pursued an LLB degree and is now an Advocate at Tis Hazari Court, Delhi, fighting for the rights of underprivileged individuals.
Mohd. Saiful: From Delivery Boy to Center Head

Mohd. Saiful: From Delivery Boy to Center Head

Raised in Kanti Nagar, where education was not a priority, Saiful refused to settle for less. After completing his 12th grade, he joined Teach India and landed his first job as a delivery boy at Domino’s. His dedication and communication skills earned him promotions, and today, he is a Center Head at Pizza Hut, managing an entire outlet and leading a team.
